As an apprentice, you work in a team and, together with your supervisor, ensure that our customers' properties and their tenants are in good hands. The tasks at Livit are varied and diverse. During various departmental assignments throughout your training, you can expect the following tasks:

• You support your supervisor in renting out apartments as well as creating rental contracts and advertisements
• You have regular telephone contact with prospective tenants, tenants, craftsmen, etc.
• You handle various customer concerns
• You assist in the preparation and execution of apartment inspections/handovers
• You gain a comprehensive insight into real estate accounting
• You create various correspondence and perform general administrative tasks

• You have completed lower secondary education with good to very good results
• You have good manners and express yourself fluently in spoken and written German
• You are interested in the business processes and interrelationships in the real estate/trust industry
• You enjoy working with people, are communicative and like working in a team
• You learn easily and quickly, and work reliably
• You are an organisational talent and like to take on responsibility
• You are curious and open to change
• You enjoy applying new technologies and digital tools
