As CCO, you bear overall responsibility for all commercial activities of CISTEC AG. You manage Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Service Desk, Support, and Customer Success and ensure that revenue, market position, and customer satisfaction grow sustainably. You shape the commercial strategy, create clear structures, and further develop the customer experience along the entire lifecycle.
Your tasks
- Responsibility for customer contracts, key account management, tenders, and go-to-market strategy.
- Building and maintaining strategic customer relationships as well as contract negotiations at the C-level.
- Market analysis and definition of market access strategies.
- Management of customer events, corporate branding, and offer processes.
- Leading internal and external communication (website, social media, internal events).
- Ensuring a consistent brand and communication strategy.
- Building and maintaining cooperations with industry, startups, academic partners, politics, and technology providers.
- Responsibility for external support, business continuity, disaster recovery, and operation of customer products.
- Close collaboration with CEO, CPO, and CTO to coordinate product, service, and market development.
The position has decision-making authority in all commercial and sales matters and leadership responsibility for sales, marketing, and partnership teams. The CCO is part of the management team and reports to the CEO.
Your profile
- 10+ years of successful leadership experience, several years of experience in the digital health product sector, good understanding of the Swiss KIS market.
- 5+ years of experience in hospitals and in the IT/technology industry.
- Leadership experience across multiple hierarchical levels.
- Completed studies in medicine, computer science, or a similar field.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills.
- Entrepreneurial thinking, decisiveness, and leadership qualities.
- Very high self-motivation, energy, and resilience.
- Fluent in German & English, French is an advantage.
