WHAT YOU WILL DO
- You are co-responsible for the smooth operation at the reception and the telephone switchboard for BDO as well as a law firm at the same address
- You are the friendly voice on the phone and forward incoming calls to the appropriate departments
- You welcome customers and personally accompany them to the designated rooms
- You coordinate meeting rooms, ensure the necessary infrastructure, organize catering, and provide professional guest care
- You assist in organizing training sessions and seminars
- In addition, you perform various administrative and organizational tasks in the back office and work closely with various internal departments
- You support our commercial apprentices at the reception
- You are the responsible holiday replacement for our existing colleagues at the reception
THIS IS HOW YOU SUCCEED
- You have completed a commercial basic education (commercial apprenticeship or business school) and have several years of experience in a comparable role and industry
- You communicate in confident German. Practical spoken language skills in English and French are required; any additional foreign language is a plus
- You are very familiar with common MS Office applications
- You have excellent manners and bring the flexibility, independence, and efficient working style necessary for this position
- You have networked thinking and a quick grasp
- Your positive charisma and balanced personality complete your profile
