Carpenter – Head of Installation (Natural Stone/Bathroom) – Great Permanent Position
Activities
- Management and coordination of the installation department
- Planning and control of installation assignments
- Ensuring a smooth project process regarding quality, costs and deadlines
- Coordination with production, project management and sales
- Optimisation of installation processes and quality assurance
- Contact person for customers, internal teams and external partners
Requirements
- Completed training in the field of natural stone, carpentry or tiling trade, ideally supplemented by further training in construction management, project management or scheduling
- Motivated and dynamic personality with the desire to take the next career step and assume leadership responsibility
- Strong organisational/communication skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Confident handling of digital tools and ERP systems
- Resilience, initiative and a high sense of responsibility
