- Process responsibility and cross-location decision-making body in disruption management
- Coordination of resources for disruption resolution and organization of the on-call service of the Poly Workshop Brig
- Definition of measures to prevent recurring disruptions
- Exchange with internal and external stakeholders
Your Profile
- Professional training in the electronic field (electronics technician, automation technician, or similar)
- Experience in troubleshooting and leading employees
- Knowledge in the field of railway or vehicle maintenance is an advantage
- Affinity for processing and analyzing data
- Strong communication skills, resilience, and decisiveness
