Your Tasks
- Planning of inpatient patients, therapies and weekly programmes
- Therapy planning and appointment coordination of doctors and therapists including session planning
- Admission and discharge management including bed allocation
- Administrative contact person for patients before and during their stay
- Obtaining cost approvals from insurance companies and cantons
- Recording and processing of inpatient referrals
- Coordination and scheduling of outpatient preliminary discussions
- Telephone and written advice on our medical service offerings
Your Profile
- Completed training/continuing education in the commercial field or healthcare sector
- Industry knowledge in healthcare and/or the health insurance sector is an advantage
- Social skills and ability to work in a team
- Independent, conscientious and structured way of working
- Quick comprehension and networked thinking and sense for process flows and contexts
- Proficient IT user knowledge of MS Office applications as well as preferably MS Dynamics Navision and clinical information system INES
- Flexible and resilient personality
- Confident German language skills
