As part of the development of our ERP landscape, we are looking for a structured, communicative personality who acts as a central interface between our key users and the ERP manufacturer. In this role, you ensure that professional requirements from inventory management processes are properly recorded, structured, and efficiently converted into tickets, specifications, and solutions. You support our departments in prioritizing, coordinating, and communicating their concerns in a targeted manner, while independently handling part of the requests in support.
The primary workplace is Kaiseraugst, supplemented by occasional assignments at the Regensdorf location.
- Central coordination and interface function between internal key users and the ERP manufacturer
- Structured recording, analysis, and consolidation of requirements from the departments
- Prioritization of requirements, formulation of requirements, and tracking of implementation
- Independent handling of support tickets including analysis, solution, or targeted escalation
- Structured documentation of processes, requirements, and decisions
- Active participation in the further development and stabilization of ERP processes
- Ensuring transparency about ticket status, dependencies, and open issues
- Completed studies in business informatics, computer science, or business administration with an IT focus or a comparable education
- Basic technical understanding of ERP systems, ideally including module logic, master data, documents, and processes
- Basic knowledge of databases (e.g., SQL understanding, table logic, and data relationships)
- Experience in application support, in the ERP environment, or in a key-user-related role
- Strong ability to analyze complex issues in a structured way and prepare them understandably
- Very good communication skills, even in demanding situations
- Resilience, assertiveness, as well as a calm and solution-oriented approach to different expectations
- High independence, sense of responsibility, and a structured way of working
- Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form, French is an advantage
