IT Business Partner (m/f/d) 60-80%

Responsibilities
Responsibility for the smooth operation and continuous development of the entire IT infrastructure (including servers, clients, network, firewalls, Microsoft 365)
Management of user accounts and access rights (Active Directory, Exchange) as well as control of IT-related permissions
Independent handling of 1st and 2nd level support requests and conducting IT training for employees
Ensuring IT security, system availability, and compliance with data protection and compliance regulations (e.g. GDPR)
Leading and participating in IT projects as well as implementing digital optimization measures
Support, further development, and integration of the LIMS system (Laboratory Information and Management System) including relevant interfaces
Close collaboration with specialist departments, external service providers, and management for the strategic development of the IT landscape
Requirements
Completed training or degree in computer science or comparable IT qualification
Solid professional experience in IT system administration, IT project management, and working with LIMS systems
Very good knowledge of Microsoft technologies, networks, IT security, and ideally also in cloud solutions
Understanding of the requirements and processes in regulated laboratory or production environments
High degree of personal responsibility, structured and solution-oriented working style, and teamwork skills
Strong communication skills, service mentality, and hands-on mentality
Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form
