Your area of responsibility
Through close collaboration with the management of regional organizations, you will foster valuable partnerships and play a key role in shaping a future-oriented healthcare system for the Kandertal. The following tasks await you:
- Project management for the establishment of the Kandertal Health Network
- Developing the basis for implementing the sub-strategy "Integrated Care" of the Canton of Bern's health strategy at the regional level
- Promoting sustainable partnerships with regional health actors based on patient needs along the entire care chain
- Establishing and further developing structures for cross-company healthcare
- Representing the network internally and externally – in coordination with the involved partners and the respective communication offices
- Contributing to the successful implementation of innovative care models
Your competencies
- Completed studies in business administration, healthcare, or comparable qualification
- Further training and experience in project management / project leadership
- Several years of professional experience in the Swiss healthcare system, ideally in network development
- Strong communication skills, social competence, and interconnected thinking
- Independent, structured working style with assertiveness
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration and further development of regional care
