Activities
- Responsibility for building technology concerns as a representative of the ownership as well as professional advice to internal and external parties such as building services and users
- Management and control of maintenance projects in the area of technical infrastructure, incorporating innovative approaches in the specialist area and ensuring internal knowledge transfer
- Support of pbFM in the area of quality assurance in building technology.
- Active support of the long-term maintenance and upkeep planning of our properties
- Consulting, planning and support for technical life-cycle projects and responsible for quality, cost, and schedule adherence
Profile
- You have a completed vocational training EFZ in the field of technology as well as further training in building technology at HF or FH level desired
- Experienced in dealing with conceptual issues in the field of building technology and energy management as well as several years of professional experience in technical maintenance,
- You bring professional experience in managing technical maintenance and infrastructure projects with knowledge of the relevant regulations and standards in building technology
- You convince through communication skills, openness, and assertiveness and understand how to effectively represent the concerns of technical infrastructure
- You can communicate complex technical contexts understandably and write project-related reports and applications precisely
