You work in a personally managed, well-established general practice located in close proximity to Lake Constance. The practice is broadly positioned and covers the entire spectrum of classic primary care - from prevention through diagnostics to long-term care of chronic patients.

The existing patient base is large and stable - the demand correspondingly high. For you, this means a full, well-structured daily practice routine from the outset.

The team consists of the practice owner, another doctor (part-time model), and three medical practice assistants. The collaboration is familial, straightforward, and built on trust. The practice is currently run with a lot of personal commitment - at the same time, there is a clear desire to establish a succession solution.

The owner is flexible during the transition phase and open to various models: from the classic entry as an employed general practitioner to a gradual takeover of the practice. A later partnership or full takeover is expressly desired and can be developed together.

The location is appealing due to its proximity to Lake Constance, very good public transport connections right on the doorstep, and a high quality of life.

Your responsibilities:

• Comprehensive general medical care of a large and growing patient base
• Diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses
• Conducting preventive examinations and preventive medicine
• Home visits and care of nursing home residents
• Minor surgical procedures, wound care, and emergency treatments
• Use of in-practice diagnostics (laboratory, ECG, lung function, long-term blood pressure)

• Specialist title in General Internal Medicine, Practical Doctor, or General Practitioner
