For our medical department with an integrated monitoring station at the Langnau location, with around 25 beds, 3 beds in the monitoring station, and a dedicated team of 48 employees, students, and trainees, we are looking for a
certified nursing specialist with professional training (a) 80–100%
Shape nursing, empower people – your field of activity with us:
- You ensure patient-oriented, safe, and professional nursing even within the scope of training activities – according to the nursing philosophy of Spital Emmental AG
- You provide professionally sound practical training according to the training concepts of Spital Emmental AG in the department
- You actively bring current expertise into the team and are an important contact person for complex nursing situations and nursing-related questions
- You use your expertise to adapt processes and conditions and further develop procedures
- You develop and promote nursing quality in your department as well as across departments – always keeping efficiency and impact in mind
- You collect relevant nursing data, evaluate it, and use it for quality development
- You promote interprofessional collaboration and utilise the resources of the support areas
- You align yourself with our in-house Lean philosophy and actively contribute
What you need to be successful:
- You have completed training as a certified nursing specialist (AKP, DN II, HF, FH) and can demonstrate professional experience in acute care
- You have ideally already completed the professional trainer course or are willing to complete it
- The medical diversity of a family-oriented peripheral hospital excites you and you see it as an exciting, enriching challenge
- You place the well-being of your patients at the centre and treat all people with respect and appreciation
- You work responsibly, conscientiously, and reliably
- Further development is a matter of course for you
- You are communicative, flexible, resilient – and bring self-motivation and team spirit
- You have a confident command of German (B2 level for foreign language diploma)
