What is my role?

• Administrative leadership and management of a motivated team

• Professional handling of transport orders from receipt to invoicing

• Ensuring compliance with quality management and GDP requirements

• Creation of statistics and maintenance of the customer portal

• Competent customer advice

• General administrative tasks for smooth operations in the transport sector

What do I need to be successful?

• Successfully completed commercial basic training

• Proven leadership experience of 2-3 years in the transport and/or logistics sector

• Ideally experience in the piece goods sector

• Confident handling of MS Office

• Winsped knowledge is an advantage

• Strong social and leadership skills

• High service orientation

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team

• Independent and structured way of working
