Team Leader Logistics Fruits & Vegetables, Permanent Night Shift

Responsibilities

• Professional and personnel management of the fruits & vegetables department team in day-to-day operations
• Responsibility for efficient deployment and holiday planning considering operational requirements
• Promotion and development of employees through regular employee, target and performance discussions
• Ensuring smooth warehouse processes including control of order picking and conducting random checks
• Close cooperation and proactive information exchange with goods receipt and sub-control centre

Requirements

• Completed training as a logistics specialist with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ), ideally with further training or comparable practical experience in logistics and leadership
• High resilience, reliability and an efficient, independent working style
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Confident handling of common IT systems and warehouse management software
• Willingness to work night shifts (including Sunday shifts) and to work in a permanently cooled environment (13–15 °C)
