Requirements
Basic training in the hospitality industry and possibly further education at a hotel management school, already has experienced leadership skills in a similar position in upscale gastronomy. Speaks perfect German, good English, and additional languages are an advantage. Administrative tasks are part of the daily duties as well as representing the business externally. Well-groomed appearance, committed, very responsible, absolutely flexible, resilient, and communicative personality with a great sense of detail and organization.
