TéléCharmey is a lively mountain in Fribourg all year round. Summer or winter, we welcome families, groups, schools and companies who come to enjoy our site. To strengthen our team and ensure commercial follow-up as well as coordination of activities, we are looking for someone.
YOUR TASKS
- Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email with responsiveness and professionalism
- Manage group booking requests, from initial contact to invoicing
- Occasionally assist with reception, visitor information and ticket sales
- Contribute to updating customer information and improving internal processes
- Ensure administrative follow-up of files, sales tools and merchandising
YOUR PROFILE
- Training in commerce, tourism, administration or equivalent
- Experience in sales, tourist reception or customer file management
- Strong sense of service, rigour and organisational ease
- Excellent command of French (spoken and written) and German (spoken)
- Proficient with office software
- Comfortable with multitasking, including during busy periods
- Knowledge of the cable car or mountain sector is an asset
