Road Maintenance Worker
Technical Office | 80 - 100 % | Davos Frauenkirch
The Technical Office is responsible for the planning, construction, maintenance and operation of the cantonal roads, as well as for hydraulic structures and slow mobility in Graubünden. In addition, we take care of the operational maintenance of national roads within the canton. The cantonal road infrastructure includes over 1450 structures, including bridges up to 90 metres high and tunnels up to 3 kilometres long. The challenges that the nature of our mountain canton conceals in summer and winter make our work demanding and varied. As a certified office with the Friendly Work Space label, the health and satisfaction of our approximately 480 employees are particularly important to us. For this reason, we are committed to systematic health management in the company (GSA).
For the road maintenance section in district 5 Davos, we are looking for a road maintenance worker from 1 November 2026 or by agreement.
- Carrying out road maintenance work in a small maintenance team
- Summer and winter service
- Clearing and repair work after accidents or natural events
- Monitoring the condition of roads and road facilities
- On-call service (both summer and winter)
- Completed professional apprenticeship in construction
- Manual skills
- Physical endurance
- Teamwork attitude
- Category C driving licence is an advantage
