About the job
Your opportunities with us
- you take over the application responsibility for the clinical information system KISIM as well as other clinical application systems and are responsible for operation, configuration and ongoing development
- you ensure second-level support and analyse and resolve complex faults and user concerns
- you act as an interface function between the clinical departments, the technical IT and external system suppliers and analyse and optimise processes
- you lead or collaborate on digitalisation and application projects in the clinical environment and support cross-company specialist and steering committees
- you are responsible for the authorisation concepts and their implementation in the clinical system environment
- you design and conduct application training and create application documentation
- you accompany system releases, including test coordination and acceptance
- you support on- and off-boarding in the area of clinical documentation
You fit with us if
- you have completed training in healthcare and/or computer science, preferably supplemented by further training in medical informatics or equivalent
- you are willing to undertake further training in this area
- you have experience in the operation and support of clinical information systems, ideally KISIM
- you can score with a good understanding of clinical processes in medicine and nursing
- you have already gained experience in project work and appreciate working with different professional groups
- your independent, reliable and structured way of working and your strong communication skills distinguish you
