Your responsibilities
- Establish relationships with customers, be able to respond to their needs during the sales interview
- Analyze customers' needs and offer suitable solutions
- Present trends and products, organize events and promotions for customers ensuring a pleasant shopping experience
- Manage and handle repairs, returns, complaints
- Be able to identify developments and new trends in retail and apply them daily
- Be able to manage merchandise management processes provided by IT systems
- Communicate through various channels
- Work within different teams

- You are able to interact easily with people, even if you do not know them. You know how to convince people with positive and winning manners
- You will be able to convey your innate sense of trends
- You have completed your secondary school with good grades
- You can communicate in a foreign language
