We are looking for an experienced project developer for general contracting at our Sursee location, who is passionate about multi-storey, climate-friendly timber construction projects and enjoys a supportive work environment. You will play a key role in the acquisition and development of projects.
Your area of responsibility
- You develop innovative and sustainable real estate projects for various stakeholders
- You create market-oriented and customer-focused IPD/TU/GU/GP offers, etc. in strategic and operational terms
- You lead, process, and hand over projects as the overall project manager for direct mandates, submissions, and competitions to realization
- You are the central point in our team for overall performance competitions and submissions and coordinate internal and external specialists
- You negotiate confidently with clients, property owners, authorities, and decision-makers
Your profile
- You are an architect/engineer or similar with additional training and an affinity for numbers and construction-related aspects
- You have several years of experience in successfully developing complex real estate projects
- You possess strong project management skills in construction projects with professional clients
- You think networked, solution-oriented, and appreciate a dynamic environment
