Your Main Tasks
- Care and support of patients together with a registered nurse
- Responsibility in the care process: Your input counts! Together with the nurse, you ensure an individual, needs-based care process for optimal care
- Shaping the team culture: You actively contribute to a positive working atmosphere and achieving our department's goals
- Logistical tasks related to patient care
Your Profile
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ (Swiss Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training)
- Experience in an acute hospital: You are familiar with dealing with acutely ill patients
- Flexibility & resilience: You keep a cool head even in stressful situations
- Independence & reliability: You work independently and are not easily unsettled
- Joy in the nursing profession: You are passionate about your job and characterized by a high level of service readiness
