HR Generalist 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for you as an HR Generalist to build and manage the entire HR Life Cycle. Your tasks include:

• Building and managing the HR Life Cycle for Hydrel

• Responsibility for time management

• Responsibility for payroll accounting

• Creation of regulations and employment contracts

• Responsibility for the entire recruitment process including interviews

• Advising supervisors and employees regarding labour law and social security law

• Supporting supervisors in employee discussions

• Preparation of evaluations

• Responsibility for various projects in the HR area

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed commercial training with a specialist certificate in HR (mandatory)

• Several years of professional experience as an HR Generalist

• Sound knowledge of Swiss labour law and social security law

• Experience in payroll accounting and time management

• Confident handling of HR software and MS Office

• Strong communication skills and advisory competence

• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style

• Discretion and trustworthiness

• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
