For this position, we are looking for an engaged, team-oriented, and strong-closing sales personality to strengthen our sales department immediately or by arrangement. With your proven expertise and intact ICT network, you will drive our growth strategy in your customer segment after thorough training.
Your tasks:
As a Key Account Manager, you are responsible for building, expanding, and maintaining long-term, strategic customer relationships in the areas of data center, fiber optics, internet services, and LAN/WAN. You identify customer needs, develop tailored solutions, and convincingly present our product portfolio. You prepare offers, conduct negotiations up to contract conclusion, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Additionally, you analyze market trends, identify potentials, develop sales strategies, and work closely with technical, product management, and marketing teams. Participation in industry and customer events rounds off your responsibilities.
Your profile:
- Completed technical training in ICT/computer science with business or commercial further education
- Proven experience (> 5 years) in B2B sales, ideally in the ICT and telecommunications market
- Solid technical understanding in data center, fiber optic networks, and IT
- Good network in the ICT industry is an advantage
- Negotiation skills at C-level (CTO, CIO, COO), assertive and communicative
- High social competence, self-motivation, and team spirit
- Fluent German skills / English skills are an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area
