Vocational education holds a high value at SVA Zurich. With great commitment, we support our apprentices throughout their entire training period and create an environment in which they can develop both professionally and personally.
In this versatile role, you take responsibility for supporting our commercial apprentices during their three-year training. You plan and coordinate their assignments, conduct location and semester discussions, assist them in implementing practical tasks, and work closely with the practical trainers. As a contact person for apprentices, parents, and vocational schools, you support all parties involved with questions regarding the training and ensure professional collaboration. You are not afraid to address difficult topics and conduct challenging conversations in a solution-oriented manner with the necessary tact. Together with the vocational education team, you organise internal and external events, support projects, contribute your own ideas, and actively participate in the further development of our vocational education. Supervising our interns in the post-maturity business training (PWA) complements your varied range of tasks.

For this demanding role, you bring a commercial education or comparable qualifications. In addition, you have further training and several years of experience in vocational education or in supporting young adults. You enjoy accompanying apprentices on their journey, encouraging and challenging them. You demonstrate a high degree of initiative and independence, enjoy making decisions, and act in a solution-oriented manner. You communicate confidently with various stakeholders and gladly take on responsibility. You complete administrative tasks efficiently and carefully. Furthermore, you can quickly familiarise yourself with new topics and are eager to actively help shape vocational education.
