The Passwang Center offers a cozy and family-like home to 93 residents. Located in a rural area and surrounded by beautiful nature are the SANA House – a health center with integrated long-term and transitional care – and the CURA House – specialized in the care and support of people with dementia.

Your tasks
- You ensure the professional and individual care of the residents in the residential group and guarantee a high quality of care
- You independently manage the electronic nursing documentation with ePDok
- You participate in the training of our apprentices and take on daily responsibility
- In their daily routine, you actively support the residents and promote their independent way of life
Your profile
- You are an experienced, committed nursing professional
- You have preferably already gained professional experience in long-term care
- Your German language skills are fluent in spoken and written form
- You have a high degree of independence and like to take responsibility
- You are a positive, motivated, and responsible personality who is a team player and empathetic
