Your tasks:
As a lecturer in the area of diversity, special education, and talent development, you will be active in the following areas:
- Teaching in the offerings of the Institute for Continuing Education and Counseling (IWB) on integration/inclusion/special education, support planning processes
- Dealing with diversity, developing lessons and learning support, class assistance
- Contributing to the conception and realization of offerings in school and lesson development, in special support within a multiprofessional team, and in dealing with diversity
- Continuing education and counseling for teachers, school leadership, and teams in the area of integrative pedagogy and didactics as well as therapeutic and special education
- Prospectively, there is the possibility, based on interest and mutual agreement, to participate in training modules of the Institute for Special Education and Psychology
Your profile:
- University degree (MA) in the field of special education
- Professional experience as a school-based special educator in primary and special schools
- Qualification in the area of counseling, coaching, or supervision or willingness to complete such a qualification
- Very good presentation skills and institutional thinking
- High willingness for temporal flexibility and mobility in the educational space of Northwestern Switzerland
