During the night, you are responsible for the care and support of our clients throughout the entire Spitex Region Schaffhausen service area and ensure that they are well cared for.
To strengthen our night shift team, we are looking for you as a Registered Nurse HF starting March 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
In this exciting job
- you work independently at night and carry out medically prescribed measures as well as nursing and therapeutic interventions with our clients.
- you help, together with your team colleagues, to further develop our night service.
- you take on assignments in the night on-call service.
- you will be carefully introduced to our Spitex procedures in the day and late shifts.
- you act professionally and prudently in emergency situations.
- you coordinate, document, and evaluate the nursing process professionally.
- you work closely with other professional groups and contribute interdisciplinarily.
You are successful here
- if you have completed training as a Dipl. Registered Nurse HF or an equivalent qualification.
- with at least two years of practical professional experience in nursing.
- because your expertise is up to date and you enjoy engaging with new developments.
- as complex and rapidly changing situations bring you joy and you like to take responsibility.
- by completing organizational, coordinative, and administrative tasks with interest and care.
- through a high level of social competence and empathetic support of clients.
- thanks to confident handling of IT applications, ideally with experience with InterRAI and in Spitex.
- through an independent and flexible working style as well as the willingness to take responsibility at night.
- with a category B driving license and enjoyment of mobile work.
