To support the Head of Organizational Development & Controlling in assistant, project, and administrative tasks, we are looking immediately for a fixed-term twelve-month position for a
Assistant Project & Organizational Support 20-40%
Your main tasks
- Administrative and organizational support of the Organizational Development & Controlling team
- Support of the project office, e.g., in the preparation and follow-up of meetings, creating documentation and preparing decision-making bases, as well as organizing appointments, processes, and project activities
- Organization and support of workshops, events, and meetings
- Coordination of feedback and information from the specialist departments
- Creation and maintenance of templates, overviews, presentations, and working documents
- Collaboration on reports of the City of Uster (texts, tables, templates)
- Opportunity to gradually take on more responsibility
You bring with you
- An ongoing education or training or a current degree – alternatively a comparable education and/or relevant experience (all disciplines welcome)
- A structured, reliable, and careful way of working
- The ability to keep an overview of several topics
- A positive attitude, enthusiasm for tackling tasks, and a high team orientation
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
- Great flexibility and willingness to adapt to seasonal work peaks
- Enjoy working with the Office suite tools
- Desire to learn new things (e.g., Abacus, CMI – no prior knowledge required)
