In your new role, you will join a small team (15 people) at the Nyon site in the physiotherapy department.
In your new role as APA Master, you will:
· Take care of hospitalised patients as well as outpatients in collaboration with physiotherapists and other professionals (doctors, dietitians, occupational therapists, nurses) to promote autonomy and improve their quality of life
· Develop programmes to maintain the physical condition of the most vulnerable patients
· Assess the physical and motivational capacities of the patient as well as their needs, expectations, resources and knowledge related to their condition
· Conduct group sessions of effort retraining, muscle strengthening, and adapted physical activities
· Manage and lead therapeutic education and health promotion programmes for patients according to their pathology
· Participate in interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary meetings
· Actively participate in the life of the department and in the various projects developed by the institution
· Contribute to updating the patient’s file and any administrative tasks related to your position

Level of education:
Bachelor or Master HEU in Movement and Sports Sciences
