About the job
You will work alternately in the planning office and at the reception of the radiology institute. In the radiology planning office, you schedule/process appointments with patients from external as well as internal referrers by phone and email. Part of the work also includes appointment preparation. At the reception, you welcome the patients and process image and report requests in our dispatch programme.
Start date immediate or by arrangement.
How to become part of our team
- Completed training as a medical secretary, medical/ hospital secretary or MPA, with several years of professional experience
- Good knowledge of medical terminology and very good German language skills
- Solid PC user skills
- Team player with a high level of commitment, flexibility and resilience
