About the job
The foundation respectively offers a wide range of services for people with psychological stress or impairment. Those affected are specifically supported, with their personal goals being our priority. The foundation's services are particularly low-threshold and localized in the canton of St. Gallen. The word "respectively" sums up the personality, working style, and motivation of our foundation.
You have several years of professional experience in the social psychiatric field and have a HF qualification as a nursing professional. In addition, you appreciate designing your work schedule independently in consultation with clients and the site management. Then this position could be just right for you.

What is your mission?
With our service Outpatient Living respectively Psychiatric Home Care we support around 200 people with psychological stress or impairments throughout the canton of St. Gallen in shaping their lives according to their own needs and goals. Clients receive occasional support – usually one visit per week – which allows them to live independently. The focus is on promoting quality of life. Together we develop strategies that help in everyday life and crises.
What do you bring?
- Training as a nursing professional HF and several years of professional experience in social psychiatry
- Curiosity, reliability, and teamwork skills
- You are flexible and appreciate working independently
- You are skilled at building relationships with clients in various life phases
- Driver's license category B and your own vehicle
