Ventilation System Installer with Leadership Responsibilities and Customer Support
Tasks
- Management and personnel leadership of the service team in the field of ventilation and air conditioning
- Support and active expansion of customer portfolios through acquisition of new service contracts
- Planning of resources and routes as well as organisation of on-call duty to ensure uninterrupted service operations
- Preparation of calculations for service offers, procurement of materials, as well as budget control and invoicing of orders
- Ensuring high quality standards and compliance with occupational safety regulations
Requirements
- Completed basic training with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) and extensive professional experience in ventilation and air conditioning technology
- Experience in service management of ventilation and air conditioning systems
- Preferably leadership experience in a technical service environment
- Strong quality awareness, negotiation skills, and a strong service-oriented mindset
- Fluent German in spoken and written form as well as a valid driving licence category B
