Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
- Participation in operational recruiting with a focus on cabin crew
- Taking over pre-selection and candidate communication
- Collaboration with recruiters and stakeholders
- Support during assessment days
Employer Marketing & Events
- Participation in career fairs, events, and campaigns
- Contribution to employer branding and content
- Support with target group formats
Insights & Innovation
- Participation in AI-supported HR tools
- Support with KPI monitoring and reporting
- Participation in projects, analyses, and optimizations

Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree or close to completion related to HR, business administration, communication, or analytics
- Strong interest in recruiting, employer marketing, and data-based HR work
- Analytical, structured way of thinking
- Very good communication skills and professional appearance
- Independent, careful, and solution-oriented working style
- Enjoyment of conceptual work, projects, and collaboration
- Very good German and English skills, French is an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Office as well as interest in analytics, content, or HR tools
- Interest in AI applications as well as first knowledge and responsible use is an advantage
