Property Accountant, Part-time 20% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You will independently take over the property accounting of real estate management mandates
• In addition, you will prepare the heating and ancillary cost statements
• Finally, you will check the posted creditors and initiate the payments
• The workload is 20%, 1 day or 2 half days possible

Requirements

• Solid professional experience in real estate accounting is required
• Ideally, you have already worked with the real estate software RIMO R5, but this is not a prerequisite
