Role Objective:

In this position, you ensure that import shipments are handled efficiently, on time, and in compliance with all customs regulations. With your expertise, you coordinate customs and import processes, prepare the necessary documents, and ensure smooth information flow between customers, authorities, and logistics partners. In doing so, you make an important contribution to reliable and professional order processing.

Your Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and coordination of import processes in the air freight sector
• Handling customs formalities in compliance with applicable regulations
• Communication with customs authorities, transport partners, and other involved parties
• Preparation and review of import, freight, and customs documents
• Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
• Processing import enquiries in German and English, ideally also in French
• Independent order processing from order entry through customs clearance and delivery to invoicing

Your Profile:

• Completed commercial training
• Experience in customs, import, or forwarding environment is an advantage
• Good MS Office skills
• Strong customer orientation as well as precise and reliable working style
• Team-oriented personality with enjoyment of working in a small team
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills, French is an advantage
