What is my role?

• You independently manage international, English-speaking markets and ensure first-class customer service

• You identify the required material based on technical documents and work with SAP ERP

• You prepare offers for spare parts and retrofits, process orders and take care of all shipping and export documents

• You coordinate logistical processes and ensure compliance with delivery deadlines as well as all relevant foreign trade regulations

• You are independently responsible for the entire process - from offer preparation through order processing to invoicing and dunning

• You handle customer complaints with a solution-oriented approach and take care of returns as well as the creation of credit notes

• You work closely with the Customer Care Consultants and actively support them in selling retrofit solutions ?

• A technical basic education combined with commercial experience or a commercial education with a strong technical affinity forms your solid foundation

• You enjoy contact with customers by phone or email - even when it gets challenging

• You appreciate exchanging with people from various cultures and bring genuine enthusiasm for diverse daily customer care

• You can easily read technical drawings and plans and keep a clear head even in complex situations

• Knowledge of SAP facilitates your start and supports you in your daily tasks

• Very good German and very good English skills complete your profile
