Deco Sales Advisor (m/f/d)

Mission

Put your expertise at the service of the Deco sector including within the bike workshop
Advise customers professionally, make the store attractive and ensure a neat presentation of merchandise according to our internal concepts
Manage the assortment carefully, from product ordering to shelf placement
Handle requests, complaints and after-sales service
Support other store sectors as needed

You show a strong interest in sales and place customer satisfaction at the centre of your priorities thanks to your sense of welcome, advice, as well as your manual dexterity, rigour and precision
You ideally hold a Federal VET Diploma as a retail manager or recognised training in sales, as well as several years of experience in a similar role and also in a bike workshop
You master French both spoken and written and have very good knowledge of German to communicate easily with customers and your professional environment
You know how to take initiative, are organised, responsible and collaborate easily in a team
You are in good physical condition, flexible, enjoy varied work and know how to remain effective even under pressure
