Within the framework of the service agreement with the municipalities of Uhwiesen, Dachsen, Flurlingen and Feuerthalen-Langwiesen, Spitex am Kohlfirst provides professional outpatient care and support for the residents of these municipalities. We are a progressive, dynamic organisation and the demand for our services is steadily increasing. To expand our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for 

Assistant in Health and Social Care 30-50% for short shifts (4-5 h) mornings and/or evenings

• You take on an important role in the care and support of our clients.
• Collaboration with the case-responsible nursing professionals.
• Active participation in the care process.

You bring with you

• Completed training as Assistant in Health and Social Care (AGS). 
• Several years of professional experience in care.
• Spitex experience is an advantage.
• Enjoy working independently, responsibly and in a team.
• Enjoy working with modern IT.
• Driving licence category B (ideally own car).
