What you bring
- Completed basic training, preferably specialist in operational maintenance EFZ, carpenter EFZ or similar
- Preferably already practical professional experience in the maintenance of real estate and technical building systems
- High quality and sense of responsibility
- Ability to offer timely suitable solutions to problems, strong communication skills, flexibility, and resilience
- Possession of a driving licence category B
- Good German language skills and IT user knowledge
What to expect
- Co-responsibility for the maintenance of technical systems, real estate, and equipment
- Independent implementation of general caretaker tasks and professional maintenance
- Working in a team of ten specialists
- Taking on technical night and weekend on-call duties (approx. 6-8 times a year)
- Support in staff training in the areas of fire protection / evacuation and vehicle instructions
