What you bring

• Completed basic training, preferably specialist in operational maintenance EFZ, carpenter EFZ or similar
• Preferably already practical professional experience in the maintenance of real estate and technical building systems
• High quality and sense of responsibility
• Ability to offer timely suitable solutions to problems, strong communication skills, flexibility, and resilience
• Possession of a driving licence category B
• Good German language skills and IT user knowledge

What to expect

• Co-responsibility for the maintenance of technical systems, real estate, and equipment
• Independent implementation of general caretaker tasks and professional maintenance
• Working in a team of ten specialists
• Taking on technical night and weekend on-call duties (approx. 6-8 times a year)
• Support in staff training in the areas of fire protection / evacuation and vehicle instructions
