As an intern in the Medical Affairs Immunology Alliance, you will gain valuable insights into the diverse responsibilities and tasks of the medical-scientific department of Sanofi-Aventis (Switzerland) AG, covering areas such as drug information, Medical Science Liaison, Medical Management as well as drug approval, and you will support the Medical Team in many other areas. Immunology plays a central role in the development and treatment of a variety of diseases, including dermatology, gastroenterology, and respiratory diseases. We work passionately at the interface between scientific innovation and clinical practice to optimally support doctors and patients in these fields.

Main responsibilities:
- Assisting in the planning, organisation, and content preparation and follow-up of medical events (e.g. congresses, workshops, symposia)
- Conveying medical-scientific information and data for communication to various healthcare professionals and handling customer enquiries
- Creating PowerPoint presentations and training materials for a biologic across different indication areas
- Conducting literature research and summaries in various indication areas
- Collaborating with marketing to develop materials
- Supporting and training the field team on products and underlying diseases
- Assisting with internal administrative tasks
- Identifying potentially suitable centres/networks for conducting medical projects
About you
Experience:
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and immunology is an advantage
Social skills / Technical abilities:
- Team player with a high degree of initiative and independence
- Willingness to take responsibility and passion to achieve ambitious goals in a short time with the aim of customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and confident demeanour
- Willingness and ability to self-organise and work remotely
- Openness and willingness to learn regarding new digital channels and tools
Education:
- Completed degree (Bachelor, Master, PhD) in human medicine, pharmacy, biology or other natural sciences
Languages:
- Very good English and German skills are required, as well as French skills
- You live in Switzerland.
- Workload: 40 hours/week
- Location: Rotkreuz and home office
- Start date: as soon as possible
- Duration: 12 months
- Paid internship
