Trainee Restaurant Specialist EFZ (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
- Warm guest service from greeting to farewell, advising on menu and drink selection
- Service in the à la carte restaurant, evening and breakfast service (half board), as well as at banquets and large events,
- Operating the cash register in self-service outlets
- Preparation and follow-up work for a smooth service operation
- Creating daily reports
- Maintaining value preservation according to HACCP concept
- Occasional assumption of late shifts during the training (overnight stay at 2132 meters above sea level required)

- Successful completion of secondary school
- Good German language skills, any foreign language is an advantage
- Networked thinking and organizational talent
- Hands-on mentality, team spirit, flexibility
