Marketing Technology Manager with Focus on CRM (m/f/d)

Specifically, you will take responsibility for:

• The optimal use and further development of our new CRM system (Salesforce)
• Lead generation, nurturing, and scoring
• Automation of workflows with marketing automation
• Building digital analytics and deriving relevant insights
• Further development of data-driven marketing processes
• Promoting the use of AI in marketing and sales
• Challenging the status quo and continuously optimizing our approaches.

What you bring

• Completed studies in marketing, business informatics, digital business, or a comparable education
• Experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a technical or energy-related environment
• Very good knowledge of CRM systems; experience with other marketing technologies is an advantage
• Enthusiasm for data-driven work and technical contexts
• Independent, structured way of working and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
• A clear motivation to actively shape the energy transition – with solutions instead of finger-wagging
• Very good German and English skills
