What to expect

• You will shape the further development of our private customer portfolio in a highly regulated service environment (health and accident insurance)
• You conduct market, customer, and competitor analyses and derive strategic product decisions from them
• You create product concepts, implement new and further developments, and are responsible for market launch and handover to operations
• You work closely with the legal department, actuarial team, and sales to ensure that our offer is regulatory and process compliant
• You create and maintain product-specific documents (e.g., general terms and conditions, service descriptions, internal guidelines) and ensure quality and professional accuracy
• You take responsibility in company-wide projects focusing on professional conception, quality, and process security

What you bring

• A university of applied sciences or university degree in product management, business administration, marketing, law, or a related field
• Several years of experience as a product manager in the service sector (e.g., insurance, healthcare, banking, public administration)
• Experience in leading and managing professional or interdisciplinary projects
• A structured, strategic, and quality-oriented way of working
• Very strong analytical-conceptual skills as well as precision in preparing complex professional issues
• High sense of responsibility, initiative, independence, and teamwork skills
• Flawless German skills, Italian skills are an advantage
