What is the role about?
You precisely machine mechanical components and operate modern production equipment within efficient manufacturing processes. In addition, you ensure stable plant operation and actively drive continuous improvements in quality and processes.
What tasks will you take on?
- You carry out the mechanical processing of components using sawing, bending, and eroding, ensuring precise manufacturing.
- You operate and monitor machines within our modern manufacturing processes and ensure a stable production flow.
- You consistently work according to LEAN principles and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and workflows.
- You ensure high availability of the equipment in a 2-shift operation and resolve malfunctions including thorough documentation in 1st level support.
- You actively drive quality and process assurance measures such as 5S, KVP, and the training of employees.
What do we expect from you?
- You have completed a basic technical training and ideally have initial experience in CNC pipe bending.
- You confidently use common MS Office tools and work in a structured manner in a technical environment.
- You work independently as well as in a team and convince with a high level of quality and responsibility awareness.
- You communicate openly and professionally and have good German language skills, both spoken and written.
- You are flexible and comfortable working in a 2-shift system.
