Production Planning Specialist (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You lead our production planning team both professionally and disciplinarily and promote its further development

• You are responsible for the operational and tactical planning of manufacturing with the aim of optimal resource utilisation and delivery reliability

• You develop production plans and continuously optimise them - taking into account delivery dates, batch size optimisation and setup times

• You ensure demand-oriented material supply and proactively initiate solutions in case of impending bottlenecks

• You actively shape the further development of our planning processes and control relevant key figures to optimise performance

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical or commercial training, ideally supplemented by further training as a process specialist FA, certified industrial technician HF or comparable qualification

• Solid experience in production planning, materials management or a comparable function

• Communicative and open-minded personality with pronounced flexibility and personal responsibility

• Analytical and solution-oriented approach to complex issues

• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form, additional language skills are an advantage
