• Career Counselling: individual advice for Bachelor and Master students as well as doctoral candidates in German and English
• Career Counselling for experienced professionals on various career-related topics
• Design and implementation of workshops
• Independent project responsibility and further development of the existing services of the CSC-HSG  
• Research and preparation of career-relevant topics

• Successfully completed studies or subject-specific vocational training with subsequent further training in coaching
• 2-5 years of professional experience in the areas of human resources (with a focus on recruitment / campus recruiting), personnel consulting and/or career services
• Knowledge of the needs of students as well as good knowledge of the labor market  
• Consulting and coaching experience
• Experience in conducting workshops  
• Flexible, team-oriented personality with pronounced social and communication skills
• Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
