What awaits you Case management in Care Management (clarification and implementation of customer concerns for insured persons) Mediation in workplace conflicts Integration support Advice to employers and employees on illnesses/accidents in your care area in the Winterthur region (local anchoring in the region desirable) Negotiations and coordination with service providers, legal representatives, authorities, offices, social and private insurers as well as other parties involved Clarification of complex issues in the area of accident and illness including on-site discussions and documentation of results What you bring Several years of experience in the area of personal insurance claims Private or social insurance specialist certificate or similar (adequate) training Independent, efficient and very customer-oriented work with assertiveness What we offer We are convinced: satisfied employees deliver the best performance.
