We are looking for an Export Clerk (m/f/d) / 80 – 100% to strengthen our order processing in CH-Hünenberg immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks will be:
- Processing/coordinating customer and supplier orders within Europe
- Creating shipping and export documents, invoices
- Organizing transports, monitoring delivery dates, troubleshooting
- Availability control of ordered items
- Coordination of warehouse at our contract manufacturers
- Assisting with projects
What you bring:
- a completed commercial education as well as further training in the field of export/VAT (preferably specialist in foreign trade)
- solid several years of experience in import, export, material disposition
- customer-oriented working style
- confident German skills as well as very good English skills in spoken and written form
- good MS Office skills and IT affinity
- communicative and flexible personality
- high initiative, independence as well as an open personality with a touch of humor
