Your Challenge
- Acquiring new construction orders
- Conducting consultation meetings with prospective builders
- Project development based on our house ideas or individual planning
- Clarifications regarding the building plot, building regulations & with authorities
- Guidance of our draftsmen & calculation for implementation
- Project meetings with customers & contract conclusion
- Responsibility until obtaining the building permit as well as sampling with the project manager
- Contributing to the architect team with positive criticism & ideas
- Presentation of Kobelthaus at individual fairs & house viewings
Your Competence
- Completed architecture studies or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in project planning & implementation
- Good knowledge in the application of building laws
- MS Office programs, ArchiCAD knowledge is an advantage
- Speaking & writing negotiation-secure German
- Creativity & sensitivity to implement customer wishes
- Independent, precise & solution-oriented work
- Committed & responsible personality
