Here you belong

• by representing the Store Manager and managing the café during their absence
• by supervising employees divided into teams
• by advising and overseeing customer service
• by selling our many drinks and preparing them according to standards
• by taking responsibility for various administrative tasks, such as placing orders or checking deliveries
• by defining daily and weekly staffing needs (resource planning)
• by doing statistics, weekly and monthly closures, as well as cash and daily accounts
• by integrating new team members
• by performing restocking, tidying and cleaning tasks in accordance with hygiene and safety rules
• by organising coffee tastings and sample presentations within the team and with customers ("sampling")

• have experience in supervising employees
• have very good knowledge of spoken French and English
• are flexible in work time distribution (team work from Monday to Sunday)
• are Swiss citizens, EU citizens or persons holding a valid work permit for Switzerland

• possess reliability, team spirit and openness to new things  and professional experience in gastronomy
