Here you belong
- by representing the Store Manager and managing the café during their absence
- by supervising employees divided into teams
- by advising and overseeing customer service
- by selling our many drinks and preparing them according to standards
- by taking responsibility for various administrative tasks, such as placing orders or checking deliveries
- by defining daily and weekly staffing needs (resource planning)
- by doing statistics, weekly and monthly closures, as well as cash and daily accounts
- by integrating new team members
- by performing restocking, tidying and cleaning tasks in accordance with hygiene and safety rules
- by organising coffee tastings and sample presentations within the team and with customers ("sampling")

- enjoy serving customers
- have experience in supervising employees
- have very good knowledge of spoken French and English
- are flexible in work time distribution (team work from Monday to Sunday)
- are Swiss citizens, EU citizens or persons holding a valid work permit for Switzerland

- possess reliability, team spirit and openness to new things and professional experience in gastronomy
